Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 6, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information getstocky.com (“we,” “us,” or “Stocky”) collects when you visit this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy covers the marketing website only — it does not cover the Stocky or Stocky SaaS software itself, which you install and operate on your own server under your own privacy practices.

Information we collect

We keep data collection on this website to a minimum:

  • Contact information. If you email us at support@ui-lib.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
  • Usage data. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers automatically log standard technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs — to help us keep the site running and understand how it's used.
  • Cookies. We use a minimal set of cookies for essential site functionality and aggregate analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some preferences may not persist between visits.

How we use information

  • To respond to support and sales questions you send us.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve this website.
  • To understand aggregate traffic patterns and which pages are useful.
  • To detect, prevent, and address abuse or security issues.

We do not sell your personal information.

Purchases through Envato

Stocky and Stocky SaaS are sold as CodeCanyon items on the Envato Market. When you purchase a license, your payment and account information is collected and processed by Envato, not by us — their privacy policy applies to that transaction. We never see or store your payment details.

Live demo environments

The Stocky and Stocky SaaS live demos are shared, publicly accessible sandboxes provided for evaluation purposes only. Do not enter real customer, payment, or otherwise sensitive data into a demo environment — demo data may be reset or visible to other evaluators at any time.

Data retention

We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Aggregate analytics data is retained only in aggregate, non-identifying form beyond a standard retention window set by our analytics provider.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you — typically limited to your support email correspondence — by emailing support@ui-lib.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
