By accessing getstocky.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

These terms cover use of this marketing website only. The Stocky and Stocky SaaS software products are licensed separately through their CodeCanyon listings under Envato's Regular or Extended License terms. Your rights to install, use, modify, and (where licensed) resell the software are governed entirely by the license you purchase on Envato Market — see Envato's license terms for details. Nothing on this Site grants you any rights to the software beyond what your Envato license provides.

You may browse and use this Site for lawful purposes related to evaluating or purchasing Stocky. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Interfere with the Site's operation or the live demo environments (e.g. abusive load, scraping at scale, injecting malicious content).
• Use the Site to distribute malware or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Stocky or impersonate Stocky staff.

The Stocky and Stocky SaaS live demos are provided for evaluation only, “as is,” with no guarantee of uptime, data persistence, or confidentiality. Demo data may be reset, shared with other evaluators, or removed at any time without notice. Do not enter real or sensitive data into a demo environment.

The text, graphics, logos, and design of this Site are owned by Stocky or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without permission, other than normal browser caching or as permitted by law.

This Site links to third-party services — including Envato/CodeCanyon and our live demo environments — that we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

This Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stocky won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or its demo environments. Claims related to the Stocky or Stocky SaaS software itself are governed by your Envato license terms, not this Site's terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
